By using VetKicksClothing.com or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Vet Kicks Clothing is an independent retailer based at 569 E Constance Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434. We resell authentic name-brand footwear and clothing.

Not affiliated with any brand

We are not an authorized dealer of, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand whose products we sell. Brand names appear on this site only to identify the goods we are offering. All trademarks, trade names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Products and pricing

• We describe every item as accurately as we can, including condition and any flaw. Screens vary, so colours may render slightly differently on your device.
• Stock is limited and often one of a kind. Listing something does not guarantee it is still available when you check out.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• If a price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you why.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where an item is out of stock, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or other users.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish our photographs or written content without permission.

Our content

The text, layout, photography and design of this site belong to Vet Kicks Clothing or are used with permission. You may not reuse them commercially without our written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vet Kicks Clothing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the courts of Virginia have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
