What this covers
This policy explains what Vet Kicks Clothing collects when you use VetKicksClothing.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
- What you give us. Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address when you place an order or send a message through the site.
- Order information. What you bought, when, and the status of the order.
- Payment information. Handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach us and we do not store them.
- Technical information. Standard web log data such as browser type, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and which pages you visited.
Why we use it
- To take payment and ship your order.
- To answer your messages.
- To send order updates and, only if you asked for them, occasional notes about new stock and pop-up dates. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which parts of the site people use, so we can fix the parts they do not.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the companies we need to run the shop: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our website and email providers, and our accountant. Each gets only what it needs. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not trade it.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cart will stop working properly if you block them entirely.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Marketing contacts are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Children
We sell youth clothing, but the site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new date below.
